The Student Profile Menu

The Student Profile Menu is accessed from the Student Home Page. Here you will find a few important functions that are specific to the current student, such as the Edit Avatar function, IEP Reporting, Student Sharing, and an option to Archive the Current Student.

To access the Student Profile Menu, click the link in the upper right corner of your screen that looks like a silhouette of a person in a circle.

When you click it, the Student Profile Menu will display on the right side of your screen, with options that include:

• Edit Avatar
  Edit the Student's Avatar, their Adult's Avatar, and their Contact Information (first name, last name, student number).
• History (IEP)
  Create a super useful report to bring to IEPs, especially when there are questions about teacher performance or student progress.
• Manage Sharing
  Invite individuals to securely share your student's account. This option is often used by Teachers or Therapists to invite Parents, or by Parents to invite Therapists. Professionals. such as Teachers or Therapists often use the Manage Sharing option to assign parent-supervised homework.
• Student List
  For those Speech Kingdom users with multiple students, this option allows you to change your active student. This can also be accomplished at the Speech Kingdom home page.
• Archive Student's Profile
  Use caution when selecting this function, as it is analogous to deleting the student. The Speech Kingdom Professional Edition provides functionality to un-archive a student.
